A Prayer Request

Last Wednesday, I posted a special intentions post for a little boy named Tommy who had been battling Leukemia as well as the effects of the treatment. Tommy died yesterday afternoon. I would ask that you now turn your prayers to his family and friends.

Eternal rest grant him O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him; may he rest in Your peace.
Amen.
Blessed Mother wrap Tommy's family in your mantle of loving protection and console them.

Amen for Tommy and his family. Second child this month I've seen lost to Leukemia. :(
I'll remember them at daily Mass.

I cannot begin to imagine the grief at the loss of a child. It breaks my heart.

Just a note on this brave little boy. I never met Tommy. I began praying for him at the request of a fellow blogger who is a friend of their family. Since I made the initial intention request, I just wanted to keep those of you who prayed posted. Thank you for praying and again I would ask that you now turn your prayers to Tommy's family.
We are all part of God's family; it doesn't matter if we've never met some of our brothers and sisters in Christ. By God's grace we will one day.
