The Most Holy Name of Jesus

At the name of Jesus every knee must bend, in heaven, on earth, and under the earth; every tongue should proclaim to the glory of God the Father: Jesus Christ is Lord. (Phil.2:10-11)

Today we celebrate the memorial of the Most Holy Name of Jesus. May we offer our prayers today for those who do not know the saving, healing power of this name when spoken reverently in prayer. What follows is my own reflection on the name of Jesus as well as quotes and prayers that express this devotion better than I can.

Jesus

In the midst of fear and doubt- Jesus
