Simple Devotion- January 28th Entry

For Today...

Dear Lord,

I bring you my shortcomings...my impatience with myself as well as others, failing to see you in those you place in my path, my wanting things done in my time;according to my will instead of your perfect time and your perfect will.

I bring you my worship and praise...in the way I relate to my students; responding to their needs and praising you for all they add to my life...in ministry to those, who like me are in need of your mercy and loving, healing touch.

I bring you my prayer...for the many who have asked for my prayers, for those mourning the loss of a loved one, for the parents caring for seriously ill children.

You spoke to me...through your Blessed Mother who, as my thoughts turned to her, calmed the storm raging inside me today.
